Refund policy

What is the Return/Exchange policy?

 

All merchandise, except gift certificates, can be returned in the original packaging as long as the item has not been worn. Item's must be returned within 45 days of when they were received, unworn with original tags & box. We will happily refund the purchase price of any stock items that do not satisfy you.

 

DO NOT WEAR YOUR NEW BOOTS OUTSIDE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THEY FIT.

 

·      Any items worn outside are considered 'used'. You may not return or exchange an item for a refund if the item is worn. We advise all footwear to be worn a minimum of 1-2 days inside to ensure that the item fits you properly.

·      Proof or purchase is required on all exchanges!

·      Any clothing items that have been washed but not worn are NOT returnable.

·      NO CASH REFUNDS.

·      We offer 1 exchange per customer per warranty period. Please ask a customer service representative about our footwear warranties as they differ per brand.

 

Special Orders

·      Any deposit on a special order will be voided if the item is not picked up within 45

·      Non-Stock Special orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering

·      All non-stock special orders from the following vendors have a 10% restock fee

o   Filson

o   Red Wing

o   Grudens

o   Kuhl

o   Kenetrek

o   Drew’s

o   Hiroshi Kato

·      Companies we can not order Non-stock items from

o   Bludstone

o   Carhartt

o   Any other brand the Management chooses
